PRESENTATION OF THE NETWORK
 ARTVENTURE – visual art network
is a project supported by the Culture 2000 program of the
European Commission. Its main goal is the discovery and
presentation of actual and original forms of European artistic expression in the field
of visual arts.
The project is conducted by five partners:
After several collaborations the network has arrived to the
conclusion that:
- An emerging artistic scene tends to remain outside the
promotional system of institutions. Attention must be given
to this scene if one genuinely desires to speak of cultural
diversity
- New forms of artistic collectives are developing along with
innovative attitudes, thus creative capacity is also an
expression of cultural diversity
