Each partner has a deep understanding and knowledge of a certain geographical zone and its emerging artistic scenes, and thus acts as the head of a regional network (e.g. Baltic zone, South-Eastern Europe…). The complementarity of expertise enable an exchange and an artistic circulation within Europe, but at the same time it also allows an opening across borders, towards neighbouring regions.

The activities of the project will obtain a great visibility across Europe and will include a wide audience in a large number of countries.

The project ARTVENTURE – visual art network project is divided into two phases:

• First phase of the work is based on an investigative work in the field of visual arts (Research Trips) of and a in-depth analysis (Conferences) interspersed with pre-established exhibitions
   
• In a second phase, a series of projects will be organized such as exhibition cycles (One Critic, One Artist, One Artwork / Dialogues / Meeting Europe), Residences for young European artists and art critics, selection of video artworks (Projected Visions), editions (Gazet’art / Meeting Europe / One Critic, One Artist, One Artwork / Dialogues / Projected Visions / Windows upon Oceans ) in order to bring out some directions for the realization of the cultural event Windows upon Oceans that will close the project.

Windows upon Oceans, a project of European dimensions, will illustrate its cultural diversity. It is the achievement of a two-year collaboration between the partners that will not only show the new forms of artistic expressions but it will also be the occasion to organize simultaneous and coordinated exhibitions, actions, performances in several European countries.
