“One Critic, One Artist, One Artwork” breaks down the frontiers between the artist, the critic/curator and the audience.
The idea is to bring together one artist/one critic, one critic/one artwork, one critic/one audience, and one artwork/one audience, within a European perspective, in order to create an exhibition.
One of the main goal of the project is to underline the role of the artist, the part of the critic/curator, as well as the status of the artwork realised, and to understand how these three components interact with each other.
Moreover, these exhibitions aim to bring a wider audience to contemporary art, to make it as easy as possible for people to grasp the process of organizing an exhibition.
This project is made possible thanks to the collaboration of Marc Bloch University of Strasbourg (France) where workshops with the art critic and the artist selected will be organised.
