This conference is organised by La Châtaigneraie, the Walloon Centre of Contemporary Art, as part of our reflection on the relationship between Europe and Africa.
The starting point of this reflection was an exhibition of objects belonging to African patrimonial tradition.
The topics to be debated at this conference are: Africa-Europe, without borders? and Can the visual arts be a source of dialogue?
